Mindful Games for engaging compassion & identity

To think of games for engaging in compassion & identity is a difficult one for me. I do not play video games and I have a hard time enjoying it. I would rather be watching a film or reading a book, playing a board or interactive in person game if I am not outside. However, I do realize that the world is filled with many people who enjoy video games and that there are experiences and take ways to be had from these experiences. It was difficult for me to find open-source games that had this artistic immersive experience. When I did come across them, I resonated with games that had great music, visuals and storylines. I am curious as to the mindful aspect to video games that don't require a sense of urgency to "level up" to unlock something else. You are on a journey and there is no "pressure" to be doing anything else except explore. Review some of the following games that I have curated that bring about these types of experiences.

Spiritfarer | Thunder Lotus Games A game exploring grief.

Way - Coco & Co (makeourway.com) Two strangers learn to speak to each other; communication.
